Try closing out the app and turning the device off. Then restart the app and turn the device back on. If the problem persists please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org

Contact us at email@example.com and we can begin troubleshooting the problem. If the problem is an issue with the technology, we may be able to send a replacement. However as per our Return Policy we would like to first investigate the issue.
